Questions
What photos work best?
Close-ups taken in daylight, where faces fill a good part of the frame. The daft ones work too: Grandad asleep, the dog’s nose, the baby mid-yawn. Very dark, blurry or crowded photos make busier pages.
Can I see my book before I pay?
Yes. We draw 3 pages from your own photos, free, with no card and no account. After you order, we draw the rest and email them for you to check. You have 24 hours to swap a photo or ask for a redraw; if we don’t hear from you, we take it as a yes.
When will it arrive?
Before you pay, we show the date it arrives by in your country, with tracked delivery included. Books are printed near you, and we email the tracking link when yours is posted. Christmas dates for every country are on our delivery page. Delivery dates.
Is it all right to use photos of children?
Yes, if you’re their parent or guardian or have their permission. We never sell your photos or use them in adverts. Only the services that make your order see them, such as Google’s AI and the printer. Google may keep a copy for up to 55 days to check for misuse, then deletes it. We delete your photos 7 days after your preview if you don’t order, and 30 days after delivery if you do. Your photos and privacy.
What if I don’t like a page?
Before you order, swap the photo for another. After you order, you see every page before it’s printed, and can swap the photo or ask for a redraw. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as you approved it, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll remake it free or refund you, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t affect your legal rights, which still apply after 30 days. Remakes and refunds.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to the UK, the US (except Illinois), Canada (except Quebec), Australia and New Zealand. Sending to someone there? Choose their country, and you’ll see the price in their currency. Anywhere else, leave your email and we’ll tell you when we deliver there.
How are the pages drawn?
Our tools draw each photo as clean black line art, and a person checks every page beside its photo before it’s printed. We never use famous characters or copy anyone’s art style. How we make our pages.
Can you send it straight to them?
Yes. On the payment page, put their address as the delivery address and we’ll post it straight to them.
