Delivery times and dates

Every printed order is sent with tracked delivery. Our prices include delivery. We’re not registered for VAT or sales tax yet, so there’s nothing to add at checkout, and no customs to pay when it arrives.

Orders open on Saturday 7 November.

Printed books are made near you. Here’s the longest a printed colouring book takes, counted in working days from your order. It includes your proof, our check of every page, and a margin. Before you pay, we show the exact date it arrives by.

Working days leave out weekends and public holidays. Printable pages come by email as soon as you approve them. There’s no express delivery before Christmas.

Order by these dates for delivery before Christmas. Order by 11:59pm UK time on the day shown, unless it says otherwise.

We don’t give a Christmas date for printed books to Canada. Ordered on Saturday 7 November, one arrives by Thursday 26 November. For Christmas, choose the printable pages: they arrive by email.

Valentine's Day is on Sunday 14 February 2027. Order by these dates.

Mothering Sunday is on Sunday 7 March 2027 in the UK. Order by these dates.

Mother's Day is on Sunday 9 May 2027 in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Order by these dates.

We give you a date we expect to beat. If your order is running late, we’ll email you before that date with the new one, and you choose:

• wait for it;
• have the printable pages now, free, so there’s something on the day (books);
• or cancel for a full refund, which we pay within 7 working days.

If it still hasn’t arrived after the date we gave you, tell us and we’ll remake it or refund you.

We deliver to the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We can’t send photo gifts to Illinois or deliver to Quebec yet.

Somewhere else? Leave your email and we’ll write once, when we can deliver to you.
