A real person reads and answers every message. We answer within 4 hours between 8am and 8pm UK time, every day until 24 December, and Monday to Saturday after that. Messages sent overnight are answered by 10am.

Your order confirmation email has a link to your order page, which shows where your order is, its tracking and the date it arrives by. Can’t find the email? Write to us with the name and email address you ordered with, and your order number if you have it (it starts with DP-).
Something not right?
Send us your order number and a photo of the problem. Please photograph the book, not the child. Within 30 days of delivery we’ll remake it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t affect your legal rights, which still apply after that. Remakes and refunds
